On acceptance of the quote the following will apply:

1 year on workmanship

(*Specification: Workmanship meaning Silicone/Leakages, Gutter

levels/sloping)

- Valid 1 year from DATE OF INSTALLATION

- Blocked gutters and downpipes are not covered under workmanship.

10 years limited on the product against corrosion, flake and peel.

(*Specification: Product meaning Colorlume Aluminium-Zinc coated steel)

Terms and Conditions:

(Where gutters are installed directly onto a wall/slab (where there is no roof

overhang) it is the clients responsibility to waterproof the area. We do not

specialize in waterproofing.

Provided that the guttering has been properly maintained.

Maintenance includes the following:

Gutters and Downpipes must be cleaned regularly from leaves, dirt and grime

to ensure optimum water dispersion. We do not clean gutters and downpipes.

It is recommended that gutters and downpipes surfaces be wiped down on a 6

monthly basis with soapy water, however if dirty stripes are still visible, use a

weak solution of mentholated spirits diluted with water and a soft cloth to rub

gently.

When issued the warrantee will exclude the following:

This warrantee specifically excludes inferior and/or inaccurate structural

alignment of the building causing gutter levelling problems and movement,

causing structural and physical damage and neglect.

Exposure in abnormal conditions: excessively polluted areas, excessively

humid areas, tropical areas, in the vicinity of chemical or iron industry.

Damage or failure which is occurring from inclement weather or storm

damage (ex. natural disaster, fire, flood, explosion, falling stone, hail, acts of

war, riots). We advise that insurance be taken out by yourselves for such

eventuality.

Failure to remove debris and/or failure to provide free drainage of water

including internal condensation from all surfaces of the product.

Installations subject to unusually corrosive environments at any time in the

future.

Validity

This warrantee will only be valid after payment of the full contract price as

invoiced.

Any extra work not paid for in full will void any claims on the guarantee.

any damages resulting from the performance or the non – performance

during or after the execution of this contract.
